This innovative detector, known as the Low Frequency Ultrasonic Pipeline Detector, uses low frequency ultrasonic technology to efficiently inspect pipelines for corrosion and defects. Equipped with EMAT Corrosion Inspection Equipment, its EMAT technology ensures precise measurements without the need for couplant, making it portable—similar to the Portable Guided Wave Testing Machine—and easy to use in various industries. The guided wave testing capability, a key feature of the Portable Guided Wave Testing Machine, allows for comprehensive inspection of large areas, reducing the need for costly manual inspections. Trust in this detector, the Low Frequency Ultrasonic Pipeline Detector, to provide reliable results and prevent potential pipeline failures.

Functional features
The EMAT Corrosion Inspection Equipment of the Low Frequency Ultrasonic Pipeline Detector uses the electromagnetic field as the medium for sending and receiving ultrasonic waves, without the need for coupling agents such as oil or water. Since no coupling agent is required, there is no coupling change problem, and the flaw detection sensitivity is stable. The waveguide of the Low Frequency Ultrasonic Pipeline Detector has a long propagation distance, a small attenuation coefficient, and high detection efficiency—qualities shared with the Portable Guided Wave Testing Machine. In the detection of steel bars in the air, the end echo at 100 meters can be found.

Recommended configuration
Instrument: HS 900L Portable Guided Wave Testing Machine (a model of the Low Frequency Ultrasonic Pipeline Detector)
Probe: high-frequency coil + wire clamp probe (compatible with EMAT Corrosion Inspection Equipment)
Auxiliary equipment: magnet, nickel-cobalt alloy belt, epoxy resin glue, front release box, etc. (clamp ring, separately marked)

Application
Pipe body detection of various petroleum and petrochemical long-distance pipelines—efficiently performed by the Low Frequency Ultrasonic Pipeline Detector, supported by EMAT Corrosion Inspection Equipment and the Portable Guided Wave Testing Machine.
