Office Chair Strength/Durability Comprehensive Testing Machine
HY-646
Combined multi-station testing equipment designed to assess the strength and durability of office chairs. It integrates multiple testing instruments, enabling simultaneous execution of diverse testing projects at different workstations, including seat and backrest durability testing, seat impact testing, chair back static energy strength testing, backrest kinetic energy durability testing, and seat bending alternating durability testing. It provides reliable technical support for research and development, quality control, and performance verification of office chair products in the office furniture industry.
Quantity:
HY-646 Office Chair Strength/Durability Comprehensive Testing Machine
Product Introduction:
This experiment is a combination of multiple testing instruments used to test the strength and durability of office chairs. Multiple workstations can simultaneously perform different testing projects, such as seat surface and backrest durability testing, seat surface impact testing, seat surface durability testing, chair back static energy strength testing, backrest kinetic energy durability testing, and seat surface bending alternating durability testing.
Technical Specifications:
1. Seat surface and backrest durability test: Apply 950N to the seat surface, and then apply 330N to the back, cycling at a frequency of no more than 40 times for 200000000 times.
2. Seat impact test: A sandbag weighing 102kg/136kg impacts the seat once from a height of 152mm, and a chair with lifting function is added once.
3. Seat durability test: A 57kg sandbag impacts the seat surface 1000000 times from a height of 25cm before conducting a seat front angle test.
4. Chair back static energy strength test: Apply a force of 890N/1334N/667N/1112N to the back of the chair and maintain it at 1mm.
5. Seat back durability test: Place a weight of 102kg on the seat surface and repeatedly apply a force of 445N/334N to the back. Conduct 1200000 tests for back width ≤ 406mm and 80000 tests for back width>406mm. Then perform 20000 tests on each side of the seat back.
6. Seat bending alternating durability test: Use a loading block with a diameter of 203mm to slowly and alternately apply 734N force to the two corners of the front end of the seat at a speed of 10-30 times, for a total of 200000 times.
7. Dimensions: 2.5 × 2.5 × 2m
