Seat Compression Testing Machine

Applies pressure to the seat under test with a certain load and frequency through reciprocating motion. A special test mold is fixed at one end of a cylinder and moves reciprocally. After a specified number of tests, it observes the seat cushion structure for cracks, twisting, or permanent deformation to control product quality. The machine’s stroke, speed, and test count are all adjustable, and both the maximum force and current force are displayed during the test.
