This instrument, known as the Leather Flex Cracking Tester, is used to test the anti-cracking index of shoe upper leather, various thin leather materials, and leather surfaces. As a key Leather cracking tester, it operates by first fixing the outer leather on the circumference of the test piece with the clamp frame of the device. Then, at a speed of about 12mm per minute, a copper ball is pushed up from the inner surface of the leather. When a crack occurs on the leather surface, the height value raised is the measured value of the crack for the Leather Flex Cracking Tester. This tool also functions effectively as a Leather Fatigue Cracking Tester and Leather Grain Crack Tester, ensuring comprehensive evaluation of leather cracking resistance.
