The Rotary Abrasion Tester, also known as the Schopper Abrasion Tester, is suitable for the wear resistance test of textile products. As a key Abrasion Resistance Testing Machine, it operates by having a motor drive the test object—tensioned on an obtuse cone—to rotate, making it contact with standard-specified friction sandpaper and bear the load required for the rotary friction test. This friction is continuously carried out along the generatrix of the cone, thus producing a tangential friction effect.
