Product Overview
The Pneumatic Bursting Strength Tester (also called a Bursting Tester or Pneumatic Bursting Tester) is a reliable Bursting Strength Testing Machine and Bursting Test Equipment. It evaluates the bursting strength and bursting elongation of diverse fabrics (including knitted fabrics, woven fabrics, non-woven fabrics, laminated fabrics, and other processed fabrics) under standard conditions or in a wet state—using the air pressure method. It delivers accurate assessments for textile performance verification across applications.

 

Testing Functions
This instrument specializes in two key evaluations for fabrics via the air pressure method:
Bursting Strength Measurement: Quantifies the force required to burst a fabric sample.
Bursting Elongation Measurement: Assesses the extent of fabric expansion before bursting.

1. Upgraded from the original mechanical distance sensor to a Panasonic laser distance displacement sensor, ensuring greater accuracy and timeliness for the Pneumatic Bursting Strength Tester.
2. The Bursting Tester features an external plexiglass cover, two-handed start design, and double safety clip design, enhancing safety during use—qualities that define this Bursting Test Equipment.
3. Air-powered with high cleanliness, the automatic induction bursting system is sensitive and reliable; the instrument includes over-range and over-expansion protection, with bursting pressure up to 1.0MPa, a key capability of the Pneumatic Bursting Tester.
